Ottasolo FC of Lagos continued their excellent start to the 2024 National League One, NLO season after a 1-0 win over VOE FC at the Remo Stars Centre, Ogun State on Monday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Egbedeyi Hammed strike in the first half was all Ottasolo needed to earn maximum points and record consecutive wins.

Following a 2-1 win in their first match on Saturday, Ottasolo maintained efficiency to earn a hard fought win in Ikenne.

Hammed found the back of the net a minute after the half hour mark to give Ottasolo the edge in the first 45.

The goal came after Egbedeyi Ahmed with a good run down the left, cut inside and hit a shot that beat VOE goalkeeper.

In the second phase of the game, the two sides threw everything each other with Ottasolo boys remaining solid at the back to hold on to the lead and win at regulation time.

It will be recalled that Ottasolo FC started their campaign on Saturday with a 2-1 win over Ijebu Athletic FC.

Taiwo Arowosegbe and Mustapha Olamilekan scored on 8 and 47 minutes for Ottasolo before Abimbola Kasali reduced the deficit for Ijebu Athletics on 85 minute.

Ottasolo play against Imperial FC in their matchday 3 encounter at the Remo Stars Stadium.
