NFF President Ibrahim Gusau hosts Ambassador of Burundi to Nigeria
President of Nigeria Football Federation, Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau on Monday hosted the Ambassador of Burundi to Nigeria, His Excellency Ambassador Edward Nduwimana in his office as gathered by Nigeriasoccernet.com.
His Excellency is a former General Secretary of the Football Federation of Burundi, aside being a one-time Head of a Regional FA and one-time Deputy Speaker of Parliament.
Talks centred around Nigeria and Burundi strengthening relationships in the football sector, as well as exploring areas of possible co-operation between the two countries’ football governing bodies.
Gusau then presented a Nigerian jersey to Ambassador Nduwimana while NFF GS Mohammed Sanusi (right) and Nigeria legend Daniel Amokachi (left) look on.
