After Brazil's 2-2 draw with Colombia, Chelsea defender Thiago Silva praised Leeds winger Raphinha for his great performance in the World Cup qualifier.
Thiago Silva said: “If we had managed to win, we would be talking more about them. The boys showed a quality that I have hardly seen in more than ten years with the Brazilian national team [of newcomers].
"It's really cool to see Raphinha and Antony [Ajax] showing personality. In terms of rapport, it's a little lacking, but the individual is at a high level."
Raphinha and his Brazilian teammates are scheduled to play Uruguay in the early hours of Friday morning, only 36 hours before Leeds takes on Southampton in the Premier League.
