Nasarawa United will no longer play their Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL games at the New Jos Stadium following approval by the IMC for a change of venue to the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna, Nigeriasoccernet.com can report.

No immediate reason was given for the relocation, but it may not be unconnected to a string of home defeats in Jos, Plateau State.

The Lafia Boys have lost two matches at the New Jos Stadium against Enyimba and recently against Akwa United. They have three matches in total with no point leaving them bottom of group A.

It will be recalled that the Solid Miners could not use the Lafia Stadium after the IMC didn't approve the stadium for league matches.

The stadium was deemed to not have met necessary requirements standards applicable to Confederation of African Football.

The relocation will take effect from match day five when they play Plateau United.
