Turkey-based defender Musa Mohammed will make his full international debut for Nigeria in tonight’s friendly against Mali in France after he was named in the Eagles starting XI.

He is the only debutant in the starting XI. The 19-year-old right-back has already represented Nigeria at U-17, U-20 and Olympic team levels.

The youthful starting XI also has Arsenal youngster Alex Iwobi and Nigeria U23 stars Oghenekaro Etebo and Shehu Abdullahi.

Eagles starting XI: Carl Ikeme – Musa Mohammed, Kingsley Madu, Leon Balogun, Troost-Ekong – Ogenyi Onazi (Captain), Shehu Abdullahi, Moses Simon, Alex Iwobi – Oghenekaro Etebo, Odion Ighalo.
