Moses Simon undergoes successful leg surgery

Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon, has undergone successful surgery on his fractured left leg following an injury sustained during Nigeria’s friendly against Mali, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The 28-year-old collided with Mali goalkeeper Mamadou Samassa during the match, leading to his stretchered exit from the field.
Nantes, his Ligue 1 club, confirmed that Simon will miss the rest of the season due to the injury.
Following the surgery, Simon is set to commence his rehabilitation process.
Throughout the season, he has contributed three goals and six assists for Nantes.
