Though Schalke 04 have stamped a not-for-sale tag on Ghana midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng, Major League Soccer champions LA Galaxy would try to sign him in June, according to reports.

Galaxy are also targeting AC Milan ace Sulley Muntari who is said to be unhappy at the San Siro.

But Boateng is Galaxy's prime target in the summer but they would like to bring along Muntari if they manage to convince him to move.

Boateng's current contract with Schalke expires in 2016 summer and there has been no talks of renewal, leaving the door opened for his to leave.

Galaxy have built a strong side over the past couple of years but are keen to add on a few experienced and world-acclaimed stars to their folds.

Should the duo move to the American top-flight, it will increase the number of Ghana internationals in the American league.
