Commentator Denis Kazansky has held Manchester United head coach Michael Carrick responsible for the club’s poor results during the 2026/2027 season, describing him as the “source of almost all troubles”.

Kazansky made the remarks in a post on his Telegram channel after Manchester United suffered a heavy 4-1 defeat by Como in the Champions League.

He said the calmness shown by Carrick had turned into indifference, which had then spread to the players.

The defeat left Manchester United 13th in the Champions League table with seven points. Carrick’s side occupy the same position in the English league, also having collected seven points.
