AS Roma's medical staff have issued the following update about midfielder Javier Pastore.

On Tuesday, midfielder Javier Pastore underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left hip. The procedure, performed by Professor Marc Tey in Barcelona, was completed successfully. The player's recovery period will be assessed over the coming days.
