Match Report: B/A United 2-1 Berekum Chelsea - Apostles triumph over Blues in regional derby

Bottom-place Brong Ahafo United surprised themselves with a comfortable 2-1 win over regional rivals Berekum Chelsea in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday at the Coronation Park in Sunyani. 

Former Ghana U20 invitee Mustapha Mohammed shot the Apostles ahead with a 20th minute strike before midfielder Charles Oppong doubled the lead midway through the second-half.

Stephen Baffour scored a late consolation goal for the Blues but that was not enough as United ran away with all the points.

Though claimed all the maximum points at stake, they still remain at the afoot the league table with 13 points, needing 4 more to get out of the relegation zone.
