Maresca says he is ‘completely calm’ over Manchester City case

Manchester City head coach Enzo Maresca says he is “completely calm” about the issues facing the club.

An independent Premier League commission found Manchester City guilty of numerous breaches of the league’s financial rules. The case remains unresolved because the club’s leadership has appealed against the decision.

Reports previously said Maresca had urged his players to remain positive and avoid focusing on the problems surrounding Manchester City.

Manchester City will travel to face Liverpool on Sunday, 11 October. The club are top of the Premier League table after five matches.
