Maresca: Manchester City must help Phil Foden return to Premier League’s best

Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca says the club must help Phil Foden become “one of the best players in the Premier League” again after the England midfielder scored in their 3-2 victory over Ipswich.

The seventh-round Premier League win leaves Manchester City with 21 points and top of the table.

Maresca was speaking after Foden found the net in the match against Ipswich, as Manchester City maintained their position at the summit.
