Manchester City have reached an agreement with Brazilian side Vasco da Gama over the transfer of 19-year-old midfielder Douglas Luiz. The central midfielder, who holds seven international appearances for the Brazil U20 squad, will be immediately loaned out to Spanish side Girona.
