General Manager of Maccabi Tel Aviv Jordi Cruyff has wished coach Avram Grant well as he leads Ghana to the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

The former Chelsea boss will be at the helm when the Black Stars launch their latest attempt to end their African Cup triumph at this month’s tournament in Equatorial Guinea.

Grant is in the final stages of preparations with his team at a training camp in Spain for the competition.

The 56-year-old is getting support from his former club through General Manager Jordi Cruyff.

"I wish my colleague Avram Grant much success  at the 2015 Africa Cup championships. You deserve better,” Cruyff posted on his Instagram page.

Grant is tasked to do well by the Ghana FA at the 2015 AFCON following his appointment in November.

There however remain the expectation of many Ghanaians for the Black Stars to end their over three-decade wait for an African title.
