Local Black Stars coach Maxwell Konadu
Ghana’s local Black Stars will depart Accra on Monday night to compete in the 2015 COSAFA Cup.
Ghana is competing in the competition which will kick off on Sunday in South Africa as a guest team from WAFU Zone B.
The local Black Stars will be involved in the competition at the quarter final stage.
Maxwell Konadu will however be leading his team to South Africa on Monday night to afford the team enough time to acclimatize before playing their first game.
The winner of the 2015 COSAFA Cup will earn $42,000.
