Local Black Stars hold first training in Rustenburg ahead of COSAFA Cup quarter-final clash

Ghana’s home-based side trained for the first time in South Africa on Friday evening ahead of their COSAFA Cup quarter-finals clash.
Maxwell Konadu and his 20-man squad worked out at the Moses Kotane Local Municipality Mogwase Stadium.
The training took place under floodlights 17:30 local time (15:30pm Ghana time) and it lasted for 1 hour 35 minutes.
Ghana will play Group B winners Madagascar on Sunday.
