Head coach of local Black Stars Maxwell Konadu and his charges have been camping in Obuasi since Wednesdays in preparations towards the CHAN qualifiers.

The team finished second in the last edition held in South Africa under the guidance of Maxwell Konadu who doubles up as the deputy coach of the senior national team.

Qualification for the next edition will commence in June later this year but Maxwell Konadu took opportunity of the absence of league football to monitor and get acquainted with some of the players he will be working with during the qualifiers.

Camp is however  expected to be broken on Monday evening after training to allow players to return to their various clubs.
