Liverpool maintain contact with Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni

Liverpool remain in contact with the representatives of Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni, despite the France international’s intention to extend his contract with the Spanish club until 2031.

According to TEAMtalk, Liverpool have long admired the 26-year-old and held talks over a possible move for him during the summer. However, no agreement was reached.

Real Madrid could consider offers of about 80m euros for Tchouameni, according to reports from various sources.

Tchouameni has made four appearances in all competitions this season and has not recorded a goal or assist.
