LIGUE 1 - Manchester United joined the race for Metz's starlet

According to reports from the Daily Mail, Manchester United are among the Premier League clubs observing the progress of Metz wonderkid, Pape Matar Sarr.

The 18-year-old Sarr came through the ranks at the Generation Foot academy in his homeland of Senegal before making the switch to FC Metz in the summer last year. And, he has quickly developed into a first-team regular for the French outfit.

Manchester United are just one among a number of teams in the Premier League monitoring the 18-year-old, who has also been capped twice by the Senegalese national team. The other sides looking at Sarr are the Red Devils’ arch-rivals Chelsea and Manchester City.
