Super Falcons duo Rinsola Babajide and Gift Monday were both on target as Costa Adeje Tenerife delivered a decisive blow to Sevilla FC, securing a 2-0 victory and shattering Sevilla's undefeated streak in 2025, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Rinsola Babajide led the charge for Tenerife, earning the MVP award for her exceptional performance, which included scoring the opening goal with Gift Monday also making her mark on the scoresheet, sealing the win for Tenerife.

Her influence on the match extended beyond her opening goal. She turned playmaker, delivering a well-placed pass to Gift Monday inside the penalty area. Monday then rose to the occasion, powerfully heading the ball to the far post, securing Tenerife's second goal.

The match took a further turn for the worse for Sevilla when Alba Cerrato was shown a red card, compounding their misery.

Following this victory, Costa Adeje Tenerife moves within the top 10 on the Liga F standings, occupying the 6th position.
