Leicester City forward Kelechi Iheanacho rendered the return of Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte unappealing after he added a goal and an assist to the Foxes’ 4-1 victory over the visitors, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Spurs, with boss Conte back in the dugout following a gallbladder removal, had an ideal start when Rodrigo Bentancur diverted home Victor Kristiansen's sliced clearance but Leicester were hugely impressive as they came from behind to win with four goals for the second time in a row.

The renaissance started when Nampalys Mendy had a screamer at the top corner of the goal post before the Nigeria star began to run the show.

Iheanacho started with squared ball which turned out to be an assist for James Maddison to give the host a 2-1 lead.

The Super Eagles forward then helped himself in first-half stoppage time when he brilliantly bent a 20-yard shot into the far corner.

Maddison put the nail on the coffin with another goal to give Leicester 4-1 win.

Iheanacho’s form will surely be a delight to coach Brendan Rodgers after the former Man City striker got his consecutive third goal.
