Ghana midfielder Laryea Kingston wants to return to Hearts of Oak as a coach in future.

Kingston insists he has not retired from the game but failed to disclose his plans to pick up his coaching badges.

The 34-year-old claims he has required the requisite coaching knowledge after playing at the highest level for clubs in Holland, Russia and Israel.

"Yeah sure, with the intelligence and everything that I have for the game why not? Because most of the young players will look up to me, if I am around the team it will help," said Kingston in response to whether he would like to take up an assistant coach role with the Phobians.

Kingston has been inactive since leaving Hearts of Oak in 2013 after falling out with the club.

He was suspended indefinitely for beating up the club’s accountant.
