Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho has set his sights on consistent goalscoring for Sevilla, following his brace in Wednesday's Copa del Rey win over Las Rozas, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Iheanacho's double marked a breakthrough for the Nigerian, who had struggled to find his footing since joining the Spanish club.

"Hopefully, there are more goals to come, and hopefully, Sevilla will be in the top six of La Liga by the end of the season," Iheanacho told the club's official website.

With Sevilla hosting Real Sociedad in LaLiga on Sunday, Iheanacho is eager to perform in front of the home fans.

"I will be really happy to play in our stadium again," he added. "We have amazing fans, and they always support the team no matter what. Hopefully, I get a chance to play there, and hopefully, they will come out, support the team, and we win the game."

Iheanacho's renewed confidence and determination will be crucial as Sevilla seeks to improve their league standing.
