Kogi State Football Association congratulate Olorunleke Ojo on making Super Eagles Afcon squad, wishes team best of luck
Kogi State Football Association have wished goalkeeper Ojo Olorunleke the best of luck as he embarked on the journey with the Super Eagles to the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations slated for Ivory Coast.
In a Statement signed by the Chairman, Mallam Hassan Wada as culled from Godwin Wambebe, he attributed the inclusion Ojo Olorunleke in Jose Peseiro’s 25-man squad heading for Cote d’Ivoire for the competition to his perseverance, determination, doggedness and hard-work.
"He is the only local player listed in the final 25 Man squad by the Portuguese coach because has worked absolutely hard for this and his resilience and determination to succeed have worked Magic in his impressive Career", Nigeriasoccernet.com gathered.

The Super Eagles begin preparation for the competition in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on January 2, 2024 and will fly back to Lagos on Tuesday, January 9,and then travel to Abidjan, the Ivorian capital, on Wednesday, January 10 to begin their quest for a fourth Afcon title after winning the biennial Soccer tournament first on home soil in 1980.
