Nigeria Premier Football League side, Katsina United have appointed Bala Abubakar as the club's new technical adviser on Wednesday Nigeriasoccernet.com can report.

The interim Chairman Alh Kabir Dan'lami Rimi unveiled Abubakar as the Club New Technical Adviser after the sack of Tony Bolus.

The former Niger Tornadoes gaffer has signed a one year contract with the Chanji Boys according to the media officer of the club, Nasir Gide.

Bala had a brief stint at Lobi Stars and has been tasked to lead the Changi Boys to top-flight safety until the end of the season.
