JUVENTUS, Douglas Costa set to return to Gremio

Juventus loanee Douglas Costa seems set for a return to Gremio this summer. The midfielder will move back to his homeland on another loan deal, according to Tuttomercatoweb.com. The winger has one year left on his contract with the Bianconeri and returns from an unsuccessful spell with Bayern Munich in the German Bundesliga. Douglas Costa is not part of the plan at the Allianz Stadium. Now the player’s entourage have reached an agreement with the Bianconeri over a transfer to Brazil.
The 30-year-old has only played 11 games in the Bundesliga this term, contributing with one goal and one assist. He moved from Gremio to Shakhtar Donetsk in January 2010 and has spent the last 11 years in European football playing with Shakhtar Donetsk, Bayern Munich and Juventus.
