Injured Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is on the path of recovery and could be available for Saturday’s Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur at the King Power Stadium. Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Nigeria international last played for the Foxes on January 14 in the game Nottingham Forrest. Although, Ndidi played all ninety minutes but sustained a muscle injury in Leicester City training.

Manager Brendan Rodgers has however provided a positive injury update on the Nigeria international ahead of the encounter against Antonio Conte’s side.

“He’s back in training and hopefully should be fine for the weekend,” Rodgers told the club’s official website.

Ndidi since missing the last World Cup qualifiers for Nigeria due o injury, has struggled to stay fit in recent times battling with one injury or another.
