Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior will miss the LaLiga Clasico against Barcelona on 25 October after being handed a four-match suspension.
The Spanish football federation’s disciplinary committee announced the ban on Wednesday, following the Brazilian’s dismissal for pulling a Villarreal player’s hair last week.
Vinicius Junior’s suspension covers both the red card itself and his protests after being sent off. His punishment includes Real Madrid’s visit to face league leaders Barcelona.
