Thierry Henry says Mohamed Salah’s Trabzonspor hat-trick vindicates Liverpool exit

Former France striker Thierry Henry says Mohamed Salah’s latest performance has shown that the Egypt international was not the problem at Liverpool.

Salah scored a hat-trick for Trabzonspor in Saturday’s match against Galatasaray, helping his side secure a 4-0 victory over the reigning champions.

“Now everyone can see that he was not the problem for Liverpool,” Henry said in reaction to Salah’s display in Turkey.

Salah left Liverpool as a free agent after the end of last season.
