Shane Duffy paid model for intimate online content, she says

Former Republic of Ireland defender Shane Duffy has been drawn into a controversy after model Keely Blake described unusual requests she says he made to her.

Blake said the 34-year-old contacted her and asked her to undress in front of a camera. She said Duffy transferred money to her bank account three times in an effort to persuade her to comply.

The payments were £300, £200 and £600, according to Blake.

Duffy made 61 appearances for Republic of Ireland and scored seven goals during his international career. He is currently a free agent after leaving Norwich following three years with the club.

The defender is also a former Premier League player.
