Roberto De Zerbi takes Tottenham to Marbella for nine-day training camp

Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi will take his squad to Marbella for a nine-day training camp after their match against Manchester United.

The camp in Spain will focus on work on the pitch and strengthening team spirit. Tottenham’s players will remain in Marbella until their next match on Monday, 19 October.

De Zerbi is known for using unconventional methods in his preparations, and this is not the first time he has arranged a training camp away from the club’s usual base.

In April 2025, while managing Marseille, the Italian organised a camp in Rome as he sought to bring the team closer together during a difficult period.
