Paris Saint-Germain attacking midfielder Senny Mayulu says he is not yet thinking about winning the Ballon d’Or after scoring in his side’s 2-0 Ligue 1 victory over Lyon on Monday.
Asked whether he could see himself being nominated for the award in the future, the 20-year-old replied: “It is too early for me to think about the Ballon d’Or, sorry.”
Mayulu scored Paris Saint-Germain’s winning goal as they secured victory over Lyon. The match took place at the same time as the Ballon d’Or ceremony in London, where the 2026 award was presented to Harry Kane.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia was the highest-ranked Paris Saint-Germain player in the voting, finishing sixth. Ousmane Dembele came seventh, while Fabian Ruiz placed 10th.
