Milner recalls Balotelli’s remarkable penalty record at Manchester City

James Milner says he never saw Mario Balotelli fail to score from the penalty spot during their time together at Manchester City.

The veteran English footballer has reflected on his friendship with Balotelli during the Italian forward’s spell with the club. Milner believes one of Balotelli’s strongest qualities was his composure in front of goal, particularly when taking penalties.

“I never saw Mario Balotelli miss a penalty,” Milner said.

Balotelli also played in England for Liverpool after leaving Manchester City.
