Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola has spoken about Alexis Mac Allister after the midfielder said he was hoping to extend his contract with the club.

Mac Allister recently revealed that Liverpool had not yet offered him a new deal, leaving him “very disappointed”. His current contract with the club runs until June 2028.
