Kolo Muani set to resume Juventus training soon after hand operation

Juventus forward Randal Kolo Muani has undergone successful surgery on a fractured finger on his right hand, the club has confirmed.

The France international sustained the injury during the first half of Juventus’ 2-0 victory over Atalanta. Medical tests carried out after the match showed that an operation was required.

Kolo Muani is expected to return to training in a couple of days, meaning his recovery is not expected to keep him out for an extended period.

The 26-year-old has scored one goal and provided two assists in six official appearances for the bianconeri this season.

Juventus also currently have Manuel Locatelli, Kenan Yildiz, Khephren Thuram, Juan Cabal, Andrea Cambiaso, Kamil Grabara, Jeremy Boga and Jeff Ekhator in their injury group.
