Super Eagles midfielder Kelechi Nwakali has completed his transfer from English club Barnsley to Cypriot side Omonia 29M, NigeriaSoccernet.com reports.

Nwakali brings his experience to the Cypriot club after ending his spell with Barnsley, with the former Arsenal midfielder expected to add creativity and quality to Omonia 29M’s midfield ahead of the new season.

The Nigeria international has enjoyed a career across several European leagues, having previously represented clubs including Huesca, Alcorcón and Chaves.
