Juventus turn to free agent Neto after Kamil Grabara suffers ACL injury
Juventus are in talks to sign free-agent goalkeeper Neto on a short-term contract after an injury to back-up goalkeeper Kamil Grabara left the club short of options.
Grabara suffered an ACL injury, prompting Juventus to look for additional cover. According to Tuttomercatoweb, the club have identified Neto as their preferred target and negotiations are progressing.
Neto, who most recently played for Botafogo, has previously represented Juventus, Bournemouth, Barcelona and Fiorentina.
The Brazilian also spent time at Arsenal but did not make a Premier League appearance during his time with the club.
His return to Juventus would provide further competition and cover for Guglielmo Vicario, who has performed well since joining on loan from Tottenham.
