Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho continued his impressive start to life in Turkey by scoring the decisive goal as Bursaspor secured a 1-0 victory over Igd?r FK, reports Nigeriasoccernet.com.

The Nigerian striker struck in the early stages of the encounter to give Bursaspor the lead, with his goal ultimately proving enough to secure all three points.

Iheanacho has now scored in consecutive matches after making an impressive debut last week, contributing a goal and an assist in Bursaspor’s 2-0 away victory over Bodrum FK.

The 29-year-old was involved in both goals during that match, helping create the opener before setting up Lincoln Henrique for the second.

His quick impact represents an encouraging start following his summer move to Bursaspor from Celtic. Iheanacho spent the 2025/26 season in Scotland, helping Celtic win both the Scottish Premiership and Scottish Cup.

The Super Eagles forward will now look to maintain his scoring form as Bursaspor continues their campaign.
