Crystal Palace recovered from conceding an early goal to defeat Nottingham Forest 3-1 in the sixth round of the Premier League.

Nottingham Forest took the lead in the third minute when Dan Ndoye found the net. The early breakthrough gave the visitors confidence, but they were unable to carry their advantage into half-time as Crystal Palace gradually improved and began creating more opportunities in attack.

Crystal Palace equalised in the 41st minute through Daichi Kamada, who made it 1-1. The hosts continued to apply pressure to the Nottingham Forest defence and completed the turnaround in first-half stoppage time.

Jefferson Lerma scored in the fourth minute of added time, putting Crystal Palace 2-1 ahead before the interval.

The hosts continued to attack after the restart rather than settle for their narrow advantage. Their approach was rewarded in the 59th minute when Yeremy Pino scored Crystal Palace’s third goal to complete the 3-1 victory.
