Arsenal are preparing a €100m offer for Juventus winger Kenan Y?ld?z, with the London club ready to meet the Italian side’s valuation of the Turkey international, according to reports in Italy.

Corriere dello Sport says Juventus’ failure to qualify for the Champions League again would significantly increase the likelihood of Y?ld?z leaving the club. The 21-year-old is valued at €100m by the Turin side.

Juventus are not keen to part with Y?ld?z, but selling him for that fee would give the club the financial scope to sign two forwards as replacements. The possibility of missing out on Champions League football is understood to be an important factor in determining the player’s future.

Tuttomercatoweb reports that Arsenal are prepared to do everything possible to complete the transfer and intend to satisfy Juventus’ €100m asking price. That would put the Premier League club firmly into contention for a player also wanted by Real Madrid.

The Spanish side are now expected to face competition from Arsenal for Y?ld?z, whose position at Juventus has attracted interest despite limited involvement this season.

Y?ld?z has played in only one Serie A match this campaign and has not recorded a goal or an assist.
