Arsenal and Chelsea scout Real Madrid midfielder Arda Guler amid playing-time concerns

Arsenal and Chelsea watched Real Madrid midfielder Arda Guler during the Nations League group-stage match between Turkey and Italy.

The two London clubs have shown interest in the Turkey international as he continues to face competition for regular playing time at Real Madrid. Arsenal also attempted to sign Guler at the beginning of 2026, but a deal could not be completed.

Guler has featured in seven La Liga matches for Real Madrid this season. The 21-year-old has scored one goal and provided two assists.

The midfielder remains under contract with the Spanish club until June 2029. His market value is €100m.
