The captain of the Super Falcons of Nigeria, Onome Ebi, says she ignores the criticism and comments regarding her age as she's still enjoying her football and not ready to quit the team any moment.

At age 39, the defender is the oldest player at this year's WAFCON tournament in Morocco and since her debut in 2003, she has gone on to win four WAFCON trophies.

"Super Falcons is not an underage team, I will keep playing so far I'm fit and my body can still play.

"I don't listen to criticism over my age, when I am tired, I will stop. For now, I'm enjoying the game."

Meanwhile, the Super Falcons are off to Casablanca for their quarter-final fixture against Cameroon on Thursday.
