Highly-rated Ghanaian defender Ofosu-Ayeh confident VFR Aalen will avoid relegation

Ghanaian defender Phil Ofosu-Ayeh is confident VFR Aalen will avoid relegation as the German second-tier reaches homestretch.
Aalen are currently in the relegation play-off zone after a difficult campaign this term.
The German side managed a 1-1 draw at 1860 Munich last Friday and host Karlsruher SC on April 5.
The would-be Ghanaian international has impressed heavily despite the team’s struggles and remains defiant about their chances of staying aflot.
“It’s difficult time for us but we have our eyes on staying in the league,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com
“There is no need to panic. There are a number of games to play and anything can happen.
“I am confident that we’ll not be relegated. We have to start winning matches and then we see how it goes.”
Ofosu-Ayeh, born to a German mother and a Ghanaian father, has expressed his desire to represent the Black Stars at the international level.
