Hearts of Oak coach Herbert Addo rubbishes claims of being a lotto addict
Head coach of Hearts of Oak Herbert Addo, has denied accusations that he devotes time working lotto instead of focusing on improving his team.
Addo has come under massive pressure following the team’s 2-1 defeat at the hands of Hasaacas. The Phobians sit at a disappointing 12th on the league table and have crushed out of the Caf Confederation cup, a situation that has left the fans of the club frustrated.
Some fans vented their anger at the boss after the defeat to Hasaacas by accusing the him of lacking focus and being addicted to lotto.
A situation they claim is affecting the team’s overall output, but Addo says all those claims are unfounded.
“Well if that is what they say then we will leave it at that,” Addo told Accra based Citi FM
“I work hard every day to improve the team and claims of being doing otherwise is unfounded.”
“I have never done anything lotto and I guess you will have to get a criminal investigation officer to monitor me because I do not do lotto.”
Hearts are preparing to take on Medeama this weekend in the MTN FA cup semi-final game.
