Hearts of Oak defender Robin Gnagne pats teammates for Confederation Cup progress

Hard tackling Hearts of Oak defender Robin Gnagne has expressed delight in his side’s performance in Benin which saw them progress in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The maiden winners of the competition in 2014 had experienced goalkeeper Abdoulaye Soulama to thank after saving a penalty in the 0-0 draw which ensured they advanced 1-0 on aggregate.
Gnagne says he is proud of the team’s performance.
‘’We played very well and the team did well,” Gnagne told GHANASoccernet.com. “It wasn’t easy but we showed that we had character and that delighted me.
“I am really proud of the teams showing.”
