Hearts board member Nyaho Tamakloe claims the club is not in crisis despite the obvious confusion that has rocked the capital-based side.

Hearts are in turmoil following the side’s patchy run in the Ghanaian top-flight where they are struggling to stay afloat.

A recent audio leaked tape involving two players mocking the downward spiral of the club has heightened the already volatile situation at the club.

The club is in serious financial quaqmire and have been unable to pay the salaries of players running into three months.

The situation according to many, have contributed to the side’s poor form on the domestic scene with relegation starring in their face.

But board member and former Ghana FA chairman Nyaho Tamakloe insists the club will recover from their latest setback.

“The team has a problem but we are not in crisis. The truth is we don’t have the best of players at all. The players think they are good but we know they are short of quality,” he said

“We will try and go through the season and see what we can do next season”

Hearts are locked 12th on the Ghana Premier League table.
