Hansi Flick sees Raphinha as a Golden Boot contender after Aston Villa double

Barcelona manager Hansi Flick believes Raphinha Dias can finish the season as the winner of the Golden Boot.

The Brazil forward scored twice in Tuesday’s 3-0 Champions League victory over Aston Villa, taking his tally in the competition to four goals in three appearances.

Raphinha has also been in outstanding form in La Liga. The Barcelona captain has scored 15 goals in 10 matches, underlining his importance to Flick’s side in domestic and European competition.

Barcelona have collected nine points from their first four matches in the Champions League league phase.
