Golden Eaglets hold first training session in Algiers

Golden Eaglets of Nigeria on Monday held their first training session in preparation for the U17 AFCON at the training pitch of Nelson Mandela Stadium Algiers, reports Nigeriasoccernet.com.

The Nigeria U17 team depart the shores of the country on Monday as they prepare for CAF U17 AFCON billed to kickoff later this month in Algeria.

Nigeria pulled in group B will begin their campaign against Zambia U17 on Sunday 30th April, 2023.

They will then play their second group game against Morocco on the 3rd of May 2023 before wrapping up their group campaign against South Africa 3 days later.
