Nigeria's Gift Orban was on the score sheet in Olympique Lyonnaise win over Lille in the  Coupe de France for Les Gones on Wednesday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Orban opened score for Lyon in the 40th with a chip beyond goalkeeper for Lyon to go into the dressing room with the lead at half time.

Cherik doubled the lead 2 minutes into the second half putting Lyon in cruise control.

However, Edon Zhegrova's diving free kick was met with the tip of the head by Alexsandro, who propelled it home to reduce the deficit 6 minutes later.

Lyon held to win the round of 16 tie and progress to the quarter final at the Groupama Stadium.
