Ghanaian midfielder Albert Bruce is expected to mark his debut for Valleta, 24 hours after signing for the Maltese giants.

Bruce, 21, joined the top side after joining on a tow-year deal on Thursday after passing a medical.

The former Kotoko intelligent midfielder is expected to be thrown into the hat in Friday’s game at Sliema Wanderers.

Valleta started new campaign in a blistering fashion, thrashing St Andrews 3-0 at the Victor Tedesco Stadium last week.

Bruce, a highly-rated Ghanaian midfielder, is expected to marshal the heart of the game when his new side make their second successive trip on the road.

He is no stranger to the local football scene, last season he played for Qormi and joined Naxxar Lions.
